The CoreAlign system is designed to improve posture, balance and functional movement patterns. Training on the CoreAlign stimulates the core stability muscles to fire in an optimal timing pattern while performing challenging exercises, deep stretching, and core controlled aerobic training. This method is used for musculoskeletal rehabilitation, performance enhancement, and as regular exercise for a healthy lifestyle.

Ascent is not only the first to bring the CoreAlign to Nevada, but is one of the first CoreAlign training and teaching centers in the world!

CoreAlign Classes are being offered for both beginner and intermediate levels.

Prior to the class, please note the following:

  • Please print the CoreAlign Waiver Document, read, sign and bring to first class (click here to download)

  • All classes will be approximately 50 minutes in length.

  • Please wear appropriate exercise clothing and footwear.

  • Long hair needs to be pulled back and properly tied.

  • A minimum of 10 sessions is required at each level before progressing on to the next highest level.

  • Classes are sold in 10 session packages.
  The cost of which is $200. 

  • Level II and Level III class schedule TBA
